Where to slackline in Paris? All known spots!

First of all, slacklining in Paris is quite forbidden. It can be tolerated in different spots, however it mainly depends on the keeper. In any case, don't forget that you have to protect trees before installing your slackline. Then, enjoy! Because Paris, Paris, Paris... What a wonderful city, our community of "slacker" describes it as one of the most interesting place for urbanlining and tricklining. You will however need a car to face transports. You will find here a global map and our top 5 of the most perfect place to slackline and either to meet people, or to be alone and free!




Canal de l'Ourcq. The main advantage with this spot is the light. The place is bright and illuminated even at night (which you can not see on the picture below). Apparently one of the main spot of the team Parislack, the place is near the Seine. If you want to try, you will for sure meet some people to make you experiment that hobby. If you are more experimented you will also find what you want in this nice park. Protect trees and don't forget not to cut ways.

The Bois de Vincennes (close to the Pagode). It's probably where you will be the most free ! An entire forest for you ! On the grass, you can put all kind of slackline, up to 50 meters.

The forest of Fontainebleau What is better than an entire forest ? All kind of slackline is allowed over there. The thing is that it gets quite far from Paris, but when you are motivated.

Bagneux - Maurice Thorez Mainly for longlines up to 130 meters. About the smaller lines, you better not jump, the post are not strong enough. You will still enjoy this half-stadium and its magnificient grass.

Bois de Boulogne (near inferior lake). Jumpline, longline, whatever you want, up to 80 meters. The grass is perfect but the most con is... dogs, be careful where you walk. Perfectly exposed, the sun bright very well there. 

This top just gives a few exemples of where you will be sure to meet people in a super nice place. This list is, of course, non-exhaustive and you will find many other spots in this really great map.
